Pricing / Plans

Schedule a Consult
  • Select one of our 4 Plans based on the features you need (e.g. player accounts, editing tools).
  • Choose the number of hours you will need for they (how much video will you upload).
  • Place your order through our online ordering system.
  • Pay online by credit card, or request an invoice during checkout.
  • If you need to make special payment arrangements, please use the invoice option and schedule a consult to make arrangement.
  • Orders are processed within 1 business day.
  • Unused hours can be rolled-over (up to 20% of last years purchase) upon request.

  • If you have an existing account, we will send renewal notifications starting 2 weeks before your current end-date.

  • For renewals that are submitted early, we will honor your existing end-date and add on an additional year.
  • If your team is joining the Exchange for the first time, request a NEW account below.
  • Given the current COVID-19 situation, we can customize payment arrangements or defer payments as needed.
  • We've just release a new feature called "Player Profiles". With this tool, players can create their own player profile page and bring in their highlights. Great for players to share their best moments with family, friends, scouts, etc.
  • The feature previously known as "Total Game Access" has been completely redesigned and rebuilt, now called TXS-Access. Coaches can now publish video to public facing pages where parents, fans, alumni, and others can access and engage with your content.
  • We have a mobiled app called "TeamXStream"(available on the Apple and Android app store). This is designed to provide a better viewing experience for the players on their favorite devices.
  • The price for unlimited storage has been reduced dramatically.
  • The new "NFHCA Data Sharing" feature helps teams share their codes and breakdowns on the Exchange.

Match Data / Breakdowns

Our friends at Ortec Sports (Netherlands) are pleased to offer Match Data / Breakdown services to our field hockey clients again for the 2021 season. For teams that enroll, Ortec Sports will access video from the Open Exchange and deliver the data directly to the teams. The data is fully compliant with the TeamXStream Analysis Plan tools. Coaches and Players can access breakdowns and watch clips directly through TeamXStream.

Packages start at 10 breakdowns, and they offer 2 levels of service.

  • Match Events Breakdown ($50 per game): all field hockey team-level events tagged (both sides).
  • Full Breakdown ($100 per game): All team events, plus player tagging. Includes detailed match report (PDF) and individual player reports for all participants.

Data Points Collected for both sides:

  • Attacking Actions / Passes
  • Shots
  • Goals
  • Saves
  • Fouls
  • Interceptions
  • Penalty Corners
  • Penalty Strokes
  • Free Hits (by zone)
  • Outlets
  • Circle Entries

Turnaround time is 2nd day. Example, games submitted on Friday (by midnight) will be available Sunday morning before 9:00 AM EST. Other delivery options available upon request.

Data Sharing

To help teams share their codes and game breakdowns, we've launched a new feature called "NFHCA Data Sharing". This allows you to post your edits (XML documents) on the Exchange.

You can breakdown your game with the TeamXStream editor, or bring in XML from other editing tools.

Data Sharing is available to all participating teams (all plans).
